Here’s some footage from a “drive-by” on hit TV show Sons of Anarchy. The Grim Bastards MC shoot up the house of rival street gang leader. All Grim Bastards motorcycles are the personal motorcycles of Goldie DeWitt. Goldie is actually riding his all white Dyna in this scene. Michale Beach is riding the Orange Road Glide, the lead bike. Former tv super star of The Cosby show Malcolm Jamal Warner is riding his own motorcycle, the blue Road Glide. Unfortunately Malcolm Jamal Warner had a slight issue on his take off, so we had to shoot this scene a few times. I must admit, I had a issue 1 time as well. 🙂
1DOWN MC on the set of hit TV show “Sons Of Anarchy” on channel FX. Goldie seen in his official motorcycle club vest before he puts on his Grim Bastards vest for the show. Actors going over lines as they get ready to shoot a scene.
1DOWN MC is the First & ONLY motorcycle club to be featured on hit television show “Sons of Anarchy”. Not only was the Motorcycle Club featured, but a few of their very own personal motorcycles were used in the television show. This new addition to the show really captured the attention of a whole new audience and took Goldie’s motorcycle ideas & creations mainstream! This is a 2009 Harley Davidson Screamin’ Eagle that was actually featured in a few episodes of Sons of Anarchy. Keep yours eyes open, cause you will see more 1DOWN MC featured as the GRIM BASTARDS in season 4 of Sons of Anarchy!
I came in to Sons Of Anarchy on Season 2, and now its Season 5. Wow, time flys when you having fun. I’m honored to have 4 consecutive years on Sons of Anarchy cause we all know that typically the Black guy always dies first in a movie :-). I guess Kurt must like me, or as they say, Save the best for last!
I’m very blessed to have been put in this position to represent not just black riders, but ALL real club motorcycle riders; black, mexican, white, etc. Hear it from me, straight from me. When I’m on screen, I know deep down inside, I’m representing not just me, but I’m representing a real piece of the MC lifestyle. I know they say it’s just acting, but I’m just being me, so don’t give me credit for being a actor. I never took a acting class in my life.
I was blessed with this opportunity to take me & my motorcycle club main stream and be featured on a national television show and I truly feel I earned it and deserve it. God could not have picked a better looking bald headed black dude that loves Orange with some bad ass bikes and a awesome motorcycle club to represent on national television!THANK YOU ALL FOR YOUR CONTINUED LOVE & SUPPORT!GOLDIE
Dam….. OPIE GOT THE PIPE! Yea, I knew he got smoked, but they made us sign mad paperwork to keep our mouths shut. With our without paperwork, I would not have said anything, cause it would have really spoiled a good scene. Well, Opie is no longer a SOA. The guy who smashed Opie in the head with the pipe is going by the name “THE REAL HIGHTOWER”. This guy is a relative to one of the Grim Bastards as you will soon learn more as the season continues. I think you will see a clip of me next tuesday at Opie’s funeral inside the clubhouse.
